Noise from the street was noticeable, especially from the nearby restaurant patrons leaving, but it stopped after 11pm. Dinner options were limited as the nearby restaurant was closed.

The room I stayed in at Haus Gerry was fantastic! It had a TV and free toiletries, which made me feel right at home. The hairdryer was also a nice touch, making it easy for me to get ready in the mornings. The heating was perfect and kept me cozy throughout my stay. The quiet street view from the studio was so peaceful, I could just sit and relax. The double room with a seating area was great for me, as it gave me some extra space to unwind. The garden views in another double room were simply beautiful. I loved the cozy and comfortable rooms at Haus Gerry.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the heating in one of the double rooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would appreciate it.

The location is extremely convenient for those needing to catch an early morning flight, being very close to the airport and the S-bahn station. It only takes a short 18-minute walk to reach the airport, making it perfect for quick and easy access.

There seems to be a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the house, which can be off-putting for non-smokers. Though the owner has promised to address this issue, it is something to consider for those sensitive to the smell.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. there were limited dining options in the immediate vicinity, which required a bit of effort to find a place to eat.

We were also able to walk to the airport in just 18 minutes, even in the middle of the night. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the host was incredibly nice and helpful. There was even a good restaurant next door with delicious food and reasonable prices.
